These new solutions offer quick installation and commissioning. There’s no need for special software to automate a simple hotel room—just use the Plug&Play configurations. This includes a new By-me actuator with 9 inputs and 8 outputs dedicated to room automation, which, thanks to Plug&Play mode, requires no programming. Simply connect the devices and the room is immediately automated.
Compared to the previous version, this actuator includes two new preconfigurations:
A new version of the Eikon Tactil transponder reader, now available for vertical installation using KNX technology. It blends design and functionality.
Enhancements include the ability to apply a room number to the Eikon Tactil glass cover plate using internal Mylar labels. These plates feature RGB LED backlighting for visibility even in the dark. Room numbers are customisable and editable post-installation.
Eikon’s signature glass surface is available in three finishes: White Diamond, Black Diamond, and Acqua. The use of KNX ensures connectivity with a growing standard in building automation.
